Returns
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! Of course we would be sad to see you leave as a customer. But we offer free returns within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.
To start a return request, please contact us at info@thorhydration.com and don't forget to mention your order number and the reason for your return. We will create a shipment label for you and start the refund-process.
